Who publishes the guides

Guides are published under the organizational byline “Renewal Stack Editorial Team.” This identifies the product that is responsible for the content; it is not intended to imply a large newsroom, an independent standards body, or unnamed external experts.

What the guides are for

The guides focus on operational renewal tracking: dates, ownership, payment responsibility, client approval, invoicing, care-plan coverage, and handoffs. They are written to help readers build a maintainable process, whether they use a spreadsheet or another tool.

Content is not legal, tax, accounting, security, or vendor-contract advice. Readers should check their agreements, local requirements, and the current vendor policy for a specific product.

Sources and verification

• Primary vendor documentation is preferred for product-specific claims.
